China Travel Flow ("we", "us", "our") operates chinatravelflow.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.
Information we collect
- Previously supported account information — the Site previously supported customer accounts and no longer offers public account creation or sign-in. For existing accounts, Supabase retains the email address and encrypted password previously provided. We never see passwords in plain text.
- Retained itinerary data — trips and saved articles created while signed in remain stored during the current service transition.
- Usage data — we use Google Analytics 4 (which sets cookies and processes approximate location, device, and browsing data) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-friendly and cookieless) to understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
Supabase may still recognize previously issued sign-in session cookies while retained account data remains in place. We also use analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; you can still read the Site without them.
How we use your information
To retain previously created accounts and trips, respond to data requests, keep the Site secure, and understand and improve how the Site is used.
Third parties
We rely on Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and Google Analytics. Your data is processed by these providers under their own privacy terms.
Data retention
We retain existing account and itinerary data during the service transition unless you ask us to delete it. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at support@chinatravelflow.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date shown above.
